A man was killed on Highway 1 on the Oxnard Plain Friday morning while standing next to a disabled vehicle on the shoulder, according to the California Highway Patrol. A woman's body was found Wednesday morning near a section of Highway 1 where the road collapsed in a late-January storm and formed a massive hole in Big Sur.
